I want cosplay, but frankly, I can't find anyone that fits my body type that well. I fail as an asian.

My target con is Anime Evolution of next year. So, I have about 16 months to come up with something and a spectacular costume. Or, if I actually work hard enough, this year, which is 4 months left....

... So after whining and complaining about my busted scanner, and how I probably won't get one for five years until I buy it (I did find one on Best Buy that didn't utterly suck, and was for less than a hundred bucks...) I told my parents I was going to get one.

'Rents: So.. Are you busy this week?

'Rents: 'Kay so, can you take your little sister to Science World?
Me: Sure. Just not Friday....
'Rents: That's it?
Me: And Tuesday. I'm going to Best Buy to get a scanner.

Me: And it's busted.
